Toledo
Hospitality Industry

Welcome to LodgingGuide's hospitality industry listings for the Toledo area.

Although a major Great Lakes port that produces glass, auto parts and other auxiliary industry for the Motor City in the north, Toledo provides a refreshing alternative to urban congestion with its many waterways, including Maumee Bay and Lake Erie, parks and quiet residential neighborhoods. Situated at the mouth of the Maumee River in Lucas County, and along the coast of Lake Erie in the Maumee River Valley, Toledo offers as much to the outdoors enthusiast as to the urbane connoisseur. Toledo’s Historic West End has the largest collection of Victorian and Edwardian mansions east of the Mississippi River, preserved from the turn of the 20th century. The Erie Street Market in Toledo’s Warehouse District includes the Farmers’ Market, where local farmers and ethnic retailers offer the freshest and finest meats and produce in the region, as well as a large selection of small shops selling antiques unique to the region, and is near the almost 200 years old home and factory outlet of Libbey Glass. Whether for vacation or business, Toledo will leave warm memories of a well-balanced city and recreational area where people know how to enjoy life.
